1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Regents of New Mexico State University met in the Lobby of the Special
Events Center at New Mexico State University-Alamogordo, 2400 North Scenic Drive,
Alamogordo, New Mexico, on September 9, 1996. President Perez called the meeting to order
at 2:00 p.m. She thanked her NMSU family for their love and support over the past couple of
months.
