1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Regents of New Mexico State University met in the Regents Room of the
Educational Services Center, Las Cruces campus, on October 25, 1996. President Perez called
the meeting to order at 9: 15 a.m. She welcomed everyone to Homecoming Weekend at NMSU.
