Las Cruces N.M. April 16th, 1890
At a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Las Cruces College.
The meeting was called to order by Judge John R. McFie presiding.
By motion the Chair-appointed Messrs. Jacinto Armijo, Phoebus Friedenthal, and Martin Lohman a Committee to confer with the Board of School directors of common school as to the feasibility of securing the College Building to the Public School and to report to the next meeting.
A motion to adjourn sine die was something.

Meeting called to order by the President Judge John R. McFie of Board of Regents of the Agricultural College reports from that body a request to the Board of Trustees of the Las Cruces College to consider whether or not that Board would rent the College building to the Agricultural College Board and sell to said Board any material in said College building that mat be needed in carrying in the preparatory department of said Agricultural College.
