The Board met pursuant to adjournment .
Present John R. McFie, President, W.L. Rynerson, Sec and Treasurer, and Regents Ninna Reymond, J.A. Whitmore and Robert Black.
A petition of citizens and students of Agricultural College favoring employment by the Board of Regents of Miss Koehler as a teacher in the College was presented and laid over for action therein if Miss Koehler’s services as teacher should be deemed necessary.
Regent Ninna Reymond was on something appointed a committee to correspond with such parties as he may deem, able to furnish necessary funds to complete College building and ascertain terms as on which such funds may be procured.
On motion the Secretary and Treasurer was ordered to make requisition in the required forms upon the Territorial Auditor for twenty-five hundred dollars as such funds are necessary for current expenses.
Bills were allowed as follows something
To Robert Black, Regent expenses attending this session of the Board Eighteen 70/100 dollars
To G.A. Whitmore (Regent) expenses attending this session of the Board. Sixteen 20/100 dollars.
To Robert Black for account of Alf. R. Tritsch services as Architect for plans and specifications College Building.
