A. Call to Order- Chair Hicks called the meeting to order at 9:06am.
1. Introductions - Introduction of the Media, Associate Vice President Justin Bannister
AVP Bannister introduced members of the media.
2. Confirmation of Quorum, Chair Debra Hicks
A quorum of regents was confirmed (Hicks, Hutchinson, Mitchell, Saucedo). Regent Vela was absent.
3. Approval of the Agenda, Chair Debra Hicks
Regent Mitchell moved approval of the agenda with celebrations moved to the beginning and items
B.1. and B.2. being deferred. Motion seconded by Regent Saucedo and motion passed 4-0 (Hicks,
Hutchinson, Mitchell, Saucedo).
Athletics Director Moccia highlighted recent athletics accomplishments including women's cross country,
women's basketball, and men's basketball.
4. Public Comment, Associate Vice President Justin Bannister
There were no requests for public comment.
