Minutes of the meeting of Board of Las Cruces College, April 18th, 1889.
The Board met at the office of Judge McFie at 4 o’clock P.M. President McFie the chair.
The Secretary, being absent, Hiram Hadley was appointed Secretary for pro temp.
The following resolution was adopted: That Hiram Hadley be is hereby authorized to proceed to the collection of all paid subscriptions of the capital stock in such manner as he described.
On motion, Board adjourned

At a meeting of the Stockholders of Las Cruces College held at the office of Judge McFie, April 18th, 1989 at 5 P.M.
On motion Raymond was chosen Chairman pro temp and Hiram Hadley Secretary.
The meeting proceeded to the election of a Board of Trustees to serve for the coming year and until their successors shall have been chosen.
The election resulted as follows: Geo. R. Bowman, John R. McFie, Martin Lohman, Phoebus Freudenthal, Geo. H. Hood, and Hiram Hadley.
On motion adjourned, Hiram Hadley, Sec.
