Dear Professor Tombaugh:

I am an amateur astronomer. Recently while working over some complex
data where I was correlating cyclical economic data, I became aware of
certain extraneous data which when plotted on a chart took on a vpry
orderly pattern.
This segregated data follows a very consistent pattern with essentially
planetary movement characteristics over the past 4 years. It is
possible that one of the planets you have sought over the years could
be located with the following information I have derived:
Location: Nov 8, 1967, approx. 11°N0' Declination
Sept. 29 1968. " 11°N5* " , estimated 25° Virgo.
Sept. 8, 1969 " 11°N45' "
April 19, 1970 " 12°N0'
July 17, 1970 " 12°N50'
I 12th position
Period, I estimate to be about 65O-7OO years
Should you find any evidence of this planet in your comparative photc
graphs, I believe I could detail considerable additional declination
and position data over a 10 year period to validate its movement more
precisely.
