Long time no seel Hope all is going well with you and that
you are well integrated into the optical tracking program for
VANGUARD.
As you may know, the IAF is planning to hold its Seventh
Congress at Rome, Italy, 17-22 September, 1956. Lieutenant Colonel Franco Fiorio (who used to be Assistant Air Attache in Washington but has since returned to Rome) has written to me that
you have a film on astral research. I am not familiar with this
film but would be most pleased if we could arrange to show it in
Rome this September.
Would you be kind enough to drop me a/Line and give me the
details of the length of the film, sound or silent, b & w or
color, etc., and how it might be requested. It may be that shipment might be arranged directly to the appropriate service attache
in Rome. Incidentally, how about coming to the Congress? I think
you would enjoy it. Enclosed you will find a descriptive brochure
about the IAF and a reprint of an article about the last Congress.
With best personal regards,
/£u.
