With reference to your letter to Dr. Hibbs of k January 196l,
Dr. Kellogg is in the east and will not return until the week
of January 30th. We do not know what Dr. Kellogg's plans are
with respect to limiting the attendance at the next meeting of
the Planetary Atmospheres Working Group. However, you might be
able to reach Dr. Kellogg through the American Meteorological
Society meetings in New York, January 23-25, in case you consider
it essential for your colleague to attend this next meeting.
