In planning the Third Edition of Men of Achievement, I have received <
recommendation for your own illustrated biography to be included. I i
therefore enclosing a personal biographical questionnaire which I invi
you to complete and return to me, together with two small photographs,
requested. Your biography will then be prepared by the Editors and a
typescript will be sent to you for correction.

There is no charge or fee of any kind for the publication of your bioj

you wish to purchase. In this event, there are most advantageous ten
biographees, including individual air shipment of copies to all addres
outside Europe.
