Dear Professor Boothroyd:
One of our young men here, Mr. Bart Goode in the Ballistic
Camera Section, has an instrumentation problem in which he
probably could employ an oscillating mirror to advantage, like
the one used in the Cornell-Harvard Meteor Expedition to Tlag-
staff in 1930-1933. Could you refer us to published descriptions
of the oscillating mirror you used to measure angular velocities?
Or, perhaps, do you have any spare reprints of such publications?
We will appreciate whatever help that you can give us in
this matter.
Dr. Shaw and family stopped at Las Cruces in February oa
their say to Tuscon, and we bad a fine visit.
