Dear Clyde and family,
Hi! You’ve got our curiosity all aroused. We noted in the Round Robin that you said something about having written us a letter inquiring as to our interest in coming to work at White Sands.
Right now I couldn’t guarantee any genuine interest but we’d certainly like to know what they have to offer in the Civil line. I like the work here but have never been impressed with the location. If the war situation grows more serious Public Works would be cut off and we’d be looking for work chances are. I would imagine that White Sands would be a bit more permanent in such case.
Of course, we’d be foolish to undertake an expensive moving operation unless we could advance to a higher financial level.
We really would like to find
