My dear Dr. Tombaugh:
You have been appointed by the Board of
Education to the faculty of Arizona State Teachers College
at Flagstaff for the period beginning July 1, 1943, and
ending June 30, 1944, at a salary of ♦300.00 per month to be
paid in twenty-four semi-monthly installments, provided that
the college under existing war emergencies can maintain your
position at this salary for the period stated.
If there are any questions in regard to
the terms of this agreement, I -would be pleased to talk with
you personally at your convenience.
