Dr. Hiram Davis Appointed Dean of the University Library
Dr. Hiram Davis has accepted appointment as Dean of the
University Library effective January 1, 1987. Dr. Davis
is presently Dean of the University Libraries at the University of the Pacific. He has been in the position since 1979.
His prior positions include Head of the Undergraduate Library
at UCLA and Associate Director of University Libraries at the
University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Davis completed his undergraduate studies at Missouri
Library publications; New Mexico State University. Library
